Only then do we send a payment link — £400, for the finished report. You pay, and the folio arrives by email as a single HTML document, the same day.
If the evidence for your address won't support a defensible bracket, we tell you at step 2 — before any payment link is ever sent. You're never asked to pay for research that couldn't be completed.
