Strictly necessary storage

The Folio request form stores your partially completed answers in your browser's session storage so that a refresh mid-flow does not lose them. This is cleared when you complete the order or close the tab, never leaves your device, and excludes your name, email and phone number.

We also store a single value in your browser's local storage recording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so we don't ask again on every visit. This choice never leaves your device and contains no personal data beyond the choice itself.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure site performance. It sets cookies on your device and is not cookieless, so it only loads after you click "Accept all cookies" on our consent banner — see our Privacy Notice for the lawful basis relied on (your consent).

Payment provider

No payment is taken on settleiq.co.uk itself. Once a folio is ready, payment happens on a separate page hosted by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, reached via a link emailed to you. Any cookies set there are set by Dodo Payments under their own notice, not by this site.
